You will participate in identification, origination, evaluation, diligence, and negotiation of new opportunities, and also assist in portfolio management including valuation and exit strategies.

• Identify and originate investment opportunities in healthcare/biotech.
• Evaluate and diligence potential deals with the team.
• Negotiate terms of new investments.
• Support portfolio management including quarterly valuation and exit strategy.
• Provide strategic assistance to portfolio companies as needed.
