B Capital invites you to join our Healthcare AI Team in San Francisco as a pre-MBA Associate. You will help source opportunities, research market trends, and participate in deal screening and due diligence across healthtech and digital health.

You’ll build financial models, assess potential investments, and support portfolio companies, leveraging our global network and experience to drive value in early to growth-stage opportunities. The role requires relocation or SF base and hybrid work.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, biology, or related fields.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Finance experience or VC/PE exposure is a plus.
• Based in SF or willing to relocate; hybrid work 3 days in SF office.

Responsabilidades

• Market research to identify healthcare investment opportunities.
• Source new investment opportunities based on investment themes and research.
• Lead diligence on investment opportunities and deal processes (audit, tax, legal, financial modeling).
• Deliver high-touch support to portfolio companies and leverage networks for value creation.
