Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementation experience.
• 3–5+ years of healthcare IT, consulting, or implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Health testing methodologies, deployment processes, and implementation best practices.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and integrated healthcare systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across unit, integration, system, UAT, and production validation.
• Design test scenarios validating clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional processes.
• Coordinate testing across teams, clients, vendors, and project leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation to maintain timelines and quality.
