Job summary

Baptist is seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain to lead end-to-end management of medical supplies, storage, and distribution, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency to support patient care. You will oversee and optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely availability of critical products across the organization, reporting to the Site SCM Director.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Analyzes complex supply availability, inventory, workflow, space, service, and distribution issues affecting operations.
Monitors and optimizes inventory; coordinates storage, distribution and delivery of supplies; manages cold chain and hazardous materials if applicable.
Ensures adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and policies; maintains quality and safety standards.
Analyzes data to identify trends and risks; develops forecasting models based on clinical protocols and demand.
Collaborates with clinical, administrative, regulatory, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies.
Leads initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve cost savings; implements KPIs and reporting tools.
Manages and mentors supply chain staff; ensures training and compliance.
Completes goals in support of department and organizational priorities.
