As a Sr. Consultant, Strategy & Transformation, you will perform strategy development, organizational transformation, market analyses, and financial modeling, translating findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations while collaborating with client leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or related analytical environments.
• Experience developing financial models and applying quantitative analysis to evaluate strategic opportunities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategy development, organizational transformation, transaction advisory, physician alignment, and other high-impact business initiatives.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate acquisitions, new service lines, capital investments, physician partnerships, and other strategic opportunities.
• Analyze financial, operational, competitive, and market data to identify opportunities, assess risk, and support executive decision-making.
• Conduct strategic assessments, market analyses, feasibility studies, and transaction-related due diligence.
• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear, executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams throughout all phases of client engagements, from discovery and analysis through recommendation development and implementation planning.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through participation in executive meetings, presentations, workshops, and site visits.
• Support business development through proposal development, industry research, thought leadership, and conference presentations.
• Manage multiple client engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
• Stay informed on emerging healthcare trends, market dynamics, reimbursement models, and industry developments to support client engagements.
