• Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care or consulting.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Identify tools to assess and track strategic opportunities
• Provide end to end report development, interfacing between internal teams to achieve goals
• Support governance structure with leadership for evaluation of strategic opportunities
• Identify opportunities to respond to divisional needs and align with HCSC strategy
• Interact with team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, and share findings
