Job summary

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring a senior Java/Kotlin Enterprise Developer to drive healthcare software initiatives. The role combines backend with Spring, MVC, and Postgres, and requires strong experience building scalable, cloud-based services.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, design RESTful interfaces, implement frontend components with React or Angular, and contribute to EMR integrations while embracing Agile practices and test automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in software development.
• 8+ years as Java/Kotlin Enterprise Developer (Spring, MVC) with Postgres integration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as full stack engineer developing web applications and component libraries using React/Angular with EMR integration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing & interfacing with services through REST APIs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications (preferably AWS).
• Experience working in an Agile team with strong test automation.
• Experience in healthcare.
