Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a motivated Support Analyst on the Pharmacy Care team to provide end-user support of our cloud-based platform. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will help ensure high-quality patient care across long-term facilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a cross-functional team, use of diagnostic tools, and the opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education(IT or related field) is required.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications.
• Preference for experience with diagnostic tools and Salesforce/Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer support for the Pharmacy Care team.
• Develop understanding of the cloud-based software to support patient care in long-term care facilities.
• Resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues via log analysis or problem recreation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality service and resolutions.
• Document issues thoroughly using the help desk system.
• Meet or exceed service delivery guidelines and KPIs.
• Work 8am–9pm ET on weekdays with occasional overtime for weekends/holidays.
