Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas seeks a contract analyst to support the preparation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of managed care and government reimbursement contracts within Epic HB and PB.

Responsibilities include monitoring contract performance and identifying underpayments and revenue opportunities, collaborating across Revenue Cycle, IT, clinical subsidiaries, and payer representatives to maximize value.

Qualificações

• Education - Bachelors or equivalent experience.
• Experience - 3 to 5 Years of Experience.
• Experience - CMS or Texas Medicaid Programs.
• Experience in Epic HB/PB or any other EHR software.
• Business office operations/processes.
• Application troubleshooting.
• Managed Care contract and payer reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of managed care and government reimbursement contracts within Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB).
• Monitor contract performance and identify underpayments and revenue opportunities; collaborate with Managed Care, Government Finance, Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, IT, and payer representatives for resolution.
