What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Coordinate and file third-party cost reports
  2. Calculate and record monthly net revenues using contractual models
  3. Assess reimbursement impacts of changes in regulations and/or contracts
  4. Prepare reconciliations and work papers of balance sheet accounts for financial audits
  5. Respond to third-party audit requests

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Three to five (3-5) years of reimbursement experience, including preparation, audit, or review of hospital cost reports
  3. General knowledge of third-party reimbursement mechanisms
  4. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
