Job summary
Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Senior Improvement Advisor based in Utah to help healthcare organizations improve care delivery, strengthen quality, and achieve better health outcomes.
In this role, you will provide training, education, technical assistance, consultation, program development, and project management support for health system improvement initiatives. You'll work directly with healthcare providers, practices, hospitals, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years in healthcare, quality improvement, or related field.
- 2+ years leading teams on project-based work.
Responsibilities
- Apply improvement principles to design and execute quality initiatives.
- Engage healthcare providers and organizations through outreach and ongoing support.
- Lead learning collaboratives, trainings, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share resources and best practices.
- Lead project planning, milestones, and status reporting.
- Mentor team members and contribute subject-matter expertise.
