Job summary

Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager who can lead or support the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interface with clients, and lead meetings during construction administration.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare facility design, is experienced managing teams, and can balance staff, budget, and schedule while upholding quality and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects.
• Experience in healthcare facility design.
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes.
• Experience reviewing submittals, RFIs and revising documents in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist on internal production and delivery of architectural drawings.
• Interface with clients and lead meetings during the construction administration phase.
• Manage project staffing, budget, schedule and cost control responsibilities.
• Foster healthcare-specific planning and strong client relationships.
