Job summary

Hammes is seeking a Project Executive to manage all aspects of healthcare projects, bringing a strong track record in development processes and project management. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver client-focused solutions.

The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead diverse teams through complex development cycles, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred or 5+ years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
• Experience leading planning, design, preconstruction, negotiations, cost control, scheduling and team coordination.
• Strong budgeting, contract negotiation and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists partners, planners and associates in performing project feasibility analysis.
• Leads A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations.
• Leads selection and contract negotiations for other team consultants.
• Reviews and negotiates A/E and consultant change orders.
• Provides construction administration in adherence with company policies.
• Prepares monthly reports to clients.
• Coordinates equipment selection, procurement, delivery and installation.
