You’ll shape the project delivery strategy, enforce QA/QC, mentor staff, and collaborate with planners and interior designers to deliver efficient, compliant, and healing spaces that reflect Array’s standards.

Aufgaben

• Creates and establishes the Project Delivery Strategy for the client and project.
• Accountable for the technical drawings and specifications for a project.
• Leads the production team and provides daily direction through effective communication and coordination.
• Responsible for the consultant coordination of the project.
• Works closely with QA/QC leaders to develop, refine, and enforce top-tier quality control systems, ensuring Array’s projects exceed industry standards.
• Leads and facilitates client engagement during the documentation process to ensure effective decision making of technical elements.
• Communicates and mentors staff through the project work aligned with firm standards and principles.
• Coordinates with and complies with QAQC measures implemented at Array.
• Responsible for regulator and life safety research on a project.
• Collaborates effectively with other disciplinary team leaders such as Planners and Interior Designers.
