Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness as the VA transitions to a modern EHR in Fairfax, VA.

The role conducts program reviews, measures outcomes, and helps plan surge-related operations during go-live, recovery, and post go-live phases, identifying resources and reporting to executive leadership. Experience in large health systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in a large-scale integrated health care system.
• Experience conducting program reviews, evaluation, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to develop program reports and resources.
• Ability to support operations to meet goals and objectives.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain VA background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness across service categories.
• Conduct program reviews to assess current and future VHA programs and identify improvements.
• Measure outcomes and improvements across surge-supported programs.
• Assist in executing program operations to meet goals and objectives.
• Develop program reports and executive briefing materials.
• Support planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination for surge tasks.
• Support reporting and analytics, identifying gaps and improvements.
