Qualifications

• Educational background in architecture plus professional licensure.
• Extensive experience in healthcare planning and master planning.
• Experience leading programming and design meetings with clients.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-specific space programs that align with client needs.
• Guide master planning efforts and assist in project pre-design packages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, design metrics, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Principals, designers, and project teams to bring planning concepts to life.
• Provide technical expertise in programming, schematic design, and space planning.
• Create and refine planning documentation to support design development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and licensing standards.
• Provide mentorship to architectural teams, helping to develop the next generation of planning expertise.
• Foster strong client relationships, leading to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
