Job summary

Belmont Search is seeking a senior Superintendent for healthcare and life science projects in the Greater Boston area. You will oversee occupied renovations and ground-up spaces, coordinating complex MEP and ensuring safety and schedule in live environments. Candidates should have 10+ years running their own sites in medical or laboratory settings, with ICRA experience and hands-on phasing, shutdowns, commissioning, and turnover support. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years running own construction sites in healthcare or lab environments.
• ICRA experience required.
• Ability to coordinate heavy MEP through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Managed occupied healthcare renovations or lab fit-outs.
• Infection control risk assessments and interim life safety in live buildings.
• Phasing and shutdown coordination with facilities and end users.
• Coordination of heavy mechanical and electrical systems through commissioning.
• Punch, turnover and validation support.
