Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer - Healthcare with a strong track record in healthcare environments. You will lead design teams, coordinate documentation, and guide projects from programming to construction administration.

The role requires at least 7 years of healthcare-specific experience, licensure, and proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, and Bluebeam. Collaboration with clients and cross-region teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional Interior Design degree or related field experience.
• Relevant healthcare design experience including acute care, ambulatory care, or medical office buildings.
• Interior Design licensure preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams.
• Advanced knowledge of interior design concepts, practices, and methods.
• CHID, EDAC or other healthcare credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Revit required.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design teams through project delivery from programming to construction administration.
• Develop documentation for coordination and construction with clients, architects and consultants.
• Direct and mentor junior staff and lead design meetings and project reviews.
• Establish and pursue annual goals aligned with design excellence, sustainability, and client objectives.
• Contribute to business development and project interviews.
