Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Sr. Research Analyst to lead end-to-end research projects, emphasizing survey design and data-driven insights for healthcare outcomes. You will bridge tactics and strategy, drafting reports, shaping narratives, and guiding leadership with actionable implications.

You will partner with the Sr. Director to align research with organizational priorities, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to marketing, product, and leadership initiatives in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of six years of related healthcare industry experience or four years with a Master’s degree.
Experience leading multiple research projects including survey design, execution, analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of healthcare administrative burden and workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage research projects from concept through publication, including scoping, planning, timelines and deliverables.
Design and field surveys, including questionnaire development and sampling.
Manage external vendors and partners.
Monitor risks, response rates, data quality and timeline slippage; propose solutions.
Draft research reports, issue briefs, and summaries for diverse audiences.
Translate findings into implications and actions for leadership.
Support marketing, product and leadership with insights for campaigns and enablement materials.
Present findings to internal and external audiences.
