CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Informatics Manager to design, implement, and maintain data solutions. You will apply clinical data expertise to support modernized, data-driven healthcare workflows and regulatory reporting.

The role focuses on building scalable data assets, collaborating with analytics teams, and advancing HEDIS data strategies within Google Cloud Platform and Python environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical informatics or healthcare data management.
• 5+ years coding in SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Familiar with CCD, lab results, clinical notes, and administrative data.
• Able to support analysts through documentation and training.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools, especially BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements and identify integration opportunities for new technologies and processes.
• Assist the informatics team in data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Coach the team on statistical and computational methods.
• Conduct literature reviews on data management, IS, ML, and AI.
• Collaborate with industry partners to apply research findings.
• Design a documentation system for the informatics architecture.
• Develop data solutions in GCP and Python to support HEDIS migrations.
• Create data migration systems coordinating with data management teams.
• Establish testing to ensure requirements and functions are met.
• Accelerate HEDIS digital transformation with improved data ingestion, validation, and reporting.
