Bon Secours is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to collect, interpret, and report on financial data. You will develop standard and ad hoc reports, create models, and support budgeting and monthly close while aligning with Mercy Health regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or accounting, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong analytical skills. Experience with Workday and healthcare finance is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting.
• Healthcare experience preferred; knowledge of capital and operating expense management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Examine historical and projected financial data to support decisions.
• Perform budgeting, planning, analysis and reporting; present models clearly.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost center questions in Workday.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for quality and performance data.
• Assist with data imports/exports and periodic data audits.
• Track KPIs and support budgeting and month-end close processes.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare trends and collaborate across teams.
