Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engineering Project Management and Administration: planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and managing processes for the Engineering Service Project Section.
• Provides technical advice on engineering issues including SCIP, Capital Asset Inventory, Deferred Maintenance, and related topics.
• Coordinates with station, VISN, and national committees; supports SCIP processes and ensures compliance with standards.
• Develops technical data for specifications, conducts site visits, and ensures construction adheres to VA CFMs, AIA, FGI, and ASHRAE standards.
• Manages budget formulation, justification, approvals, and financial reporting for projects; oversees special initiatives.
