Job summary

Chorus Innovations is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to drive complex healthcare technology implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. You will own the end-to-end delivery plan, surface risks early, and coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical Solutions, and executive leadership.

You will create momentum, reduce churn, and ensure alignment to scope, quality, and client outcomes while managing governance, backlog readiness, and launch readiness across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery management, project management, implementation leadership, client delivery, or consulting in tech, healthcare, public sector, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day delivery owner for assigned client accounts, ensuring visibility into priorities, status, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
• Lead discovery sessions with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical, and client stakeholders to produce usable outputs and decisions.
• Translate contractual scope and client priorities into sequenced delivery plans and executive-ready summaries.
• Establish governance across accounts, track delivery health, risks, and dependencies, and escalate with clear recommendations.
• Translate work into a healthy backlog and ensure tickets meet the agreed definition of ready before development.
