Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst to perform sophisticated data mining and analyses across clinical, financial and administrative data to support executives.

The role requires mastery of SQL and SAS in a Microsoft environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex results for diverse stakeholders; you will lead analytics initiatives and act as a technical resource.

Formación

• Master’s degree required; advanced health-care analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years health care analytics experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong programming database skills in SQL Server and SAS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex results for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Perform sophisticated data mining and analyses of clinical, financial and administrative data across Cook Children’s Health Care System.
• Provide actionable insights to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Lead analytics design and ongoing work across departments on strategic projects.
• Translate technical results for both technical and non-technical customers.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff in a multi-disciplinary environment.
