Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer specializing in healthcare data and machine learning to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work across data science, analytics, engineering, and BI to support operational, business, and patient-related decisions.

The ideal candidate has about 5+ years in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in building data pipelines, and strong SQL and Python, plus cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Math, Economics, Engineering).
• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years building data pipelines hands-on.
• Strong SQL for complex queries.
• Python expertise for analysis, modeling, and manipulation.
• Experience in at least one major cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to answer operational and business questions.
• Design and support data pipelines for analytics and data science initiatives.
• Perform statistical analysis and machine-learning where appropriate.
• Develop KPIs, quality measures, and analytical frameworks for decision-making.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical outcomes.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
