Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare analytics (claims, utilization, cost containment).
• Strong data validation, governance, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL/SSRS/Power BI.
• Turn business needs into reporting requirements and deliver insights.
• Support healthcare data analysis across claims, utilization, costs, and related areas.
• Develop data extraction and transformation processes and ensure data quality.
• Provide training and support for data analysis team members.
• Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with regulatory and enterprise reporting requirements.
