Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Business Health Administration preferred.
3+ years direct clinical healthcare provider experience and 2+ years in SaaS-based customer success.
Understanding of CDS products and healthcare landscape; regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

Manage major accounts, partnering with Sales to maintain health and renewals.
Lead executive reviews with senior leadership to discuss ROI and opportunities.
Design deployment plans, trainings, and workflows tailored to customer needs.
Drive product utilization and ensure achievement of utilization goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation and project management.
Monitor utilization, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
