Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on a broad range of healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, real estate, transactional and business matters affecting Valley Health System.
- Partner with leadership across Compliance, Risk Management, HR, Privacy & Security, and operations to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Exercise independent judgment in managing assigned legal matters and deliver practical, business-oriented advice.
- Advise healthcare organizations on complex legal and regulatory issues.
