Job summary
Valley Health System seeks an experienced healthcare attorney to join the Legal Affairs Department. You will provide broad legal counsel on healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, and real estate matters, reporting to the General Counsel.

Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of legal practice advising nonprofit hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, and real estate matters.
- Partner with leadership across Compliance, Risk Management, HR, Privacy & Security to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Manage assigned matters independently and provide practical, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment.
