Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in Atlanta seeks an experienced Healthcare Senior Project Manager to lead on-site execution, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery of complex projects.

You will guide project teams, coordinate with estimating and supervision, and drive successful close-out while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 10 years in healthcare construction, a degree in construction management or engineering, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering required
Minimum 10 years of experience in highly complex healthcare construction projects
Self-perform experience strongly desired
Geographic mobility and ability to relocate/travel
Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices
Experience leading project teams and managing relationships with subcontractors and external entities

Responsibilities

Lead project team in field; accountable for safety, financial performance, and team development on site
Develop Project Chart of Accounts with Project Director and Estimating
Coordinate site logistics plan with Project Superintendent
Oversee pay request process and monitor job costs and cost reports
Forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports and lead project close-out processes
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to uphold McCarthy values
Ensure implementation of Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs
