Job summary

DBR is seeking a Senior Construction Administrator in Dallas to lead construction administration on complex healthcare projects. You will perform site reviews, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors.

The role requires strong leadership, documentation management, and proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to mentor others and advance DBR standards in construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with healthcare facility project experience.
• Multiple pathways with progressive healthcare project experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform site reviews and observation efforts on complex healthcare projects.
• Manage RFI and Submittals with design team follow-up.
• Maintain project documentation and assist Director in implementing DBR CA standards.
• Lead meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve issues.
