Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA) certification.
• 12+ years of architectural experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare project experience required.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from concept through completion, serving as a trusted partner to clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with operational, business, and accounting leadership to ensure project success.
• Champion quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the growth of the healthcare practice.
