Job summary

Forsta is seeking a qualified Nursing Consultant to work remotely or in Chicago, Boston, or South Bend. Candidates should have over 5 years of nursing experience and the ability to design impactful strategies for patient care. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, develop training, and utilize data analysis to drive performance improvement.

The expected salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 based on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nursing work with experience designing systems and processes.
• Experience designing strategies that help nurses connect with those in their care.
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Press Ganey and client data for consulting stakeholders.
• Managing and delivering defined engagement plans including timelines and budgets.
• Building successful client relationships with positive feedback.

Skills

Nursing experience

Data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS)

Advanced MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)

Performance improvement initiatives

Education

BSN required
