Senior Utilization Strategy Consultant at Securian Financial Group will lead the utilization strategy for Supplemental Health products, translating insights into practical actions and guiding key business decisions.

You will partner across the organization to balance customer value, market competitiveness, and financial performance, supporting long-term growth and sustainability with a hybrid work model and in-office collaboration several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilization strategy for Supplemental Health products and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive utilization framework.
• Establish performance targets and governance for utilization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate impact of decisions on value and finances.
• Design predictive/diagnostic analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate analyses into concise, actionable insights for executives.
