Aufgaben

• Serve as senior SME and authority for EHR business operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral management, and revenue cycle configuration.
• Manage enterprise-wide portfolio of ~20 projects and 100+ change requests affecting MHS GENESIS and Revenue Cycle operations across the Military Health System.
• Develop and implement tactical and strategic health IT plans aligned with senior leadership priorities.
• Direct end-to-end development and implementation of Revenue Cycle policies and standardized workflows for DHA.
