Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to drive innovation-based healthcare reimbursement and strategy. You will lead strategic planning, provider engagement and market offers, influencing enterprise decisions and competitive differentiation.
The role requires 5+ years of related experience and a strong background in healthcare reimbursement, performance metrics and project management. Hybrid work with opportunities across NC and national collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience in strategic healthcare reimbursement and cost/quality optimization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and implement healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement and partnership strategies.
- Support development efforts for current products and market offers.
- Lead strategic planning, financial/qualitative analysis and thought leadership.
- Present strategic concepts and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Organize and communicate progress toward the overall work portfolio.
- Collaborate across departments as a subject matter expert in healthcare delivery transformation.
