Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Health Solutions Architect, Senior Manager, to lead AI-enabled design across AI, software, cloud, and data systems. You will shape advanced technical solutions, drive prototypes, and guide AI-enabled engineering practices while coordinating with program, engineering, and business development teams.

Responsibilities include leading captures, defining architectures, and coaching teams to implement AI-driven approaches. US citizenship is required for work at the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting AI-enabled solutions using generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic workflows.
• Experience developing technical solutions for customer-facing, business development, capture, or proposal efforts including prototypes/pocs.
• Experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools to develop prototypes or accelerate engineering activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for captures and proposals.
• Define target architectures and transition paths using modern patterns and platforms.
• Coach engineers and architects through complex challenges and guide adoption of AI-enabled practices.
• Collaborate with program, engineering, and business development teams to turn concepts into prototypes and implementable solutions.
