Arbor Research LLC is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to provide scientific leadership in health services research, program evaluation, and applied research projects. Qualifications

• Master's degree with relevant experience in health services research, epidemiology, health policy, or related social sciences.
• At least seven years of postdoctoral research experience.
• Experience collecting and synthesizing qualitative data, especially listening sessions.
• Leadership in large research projects and business development/funding.
• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse audiences, including health care community and policy makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for health services research projects and program evaluations.
• Oversee data collection/analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor research staff and contribute to proposal development and business growth.
• Lead proposals for new contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners to ensure scientific rigor.
