You will manage complex projects, oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, mentor staff, and contribute to proposals and stakeholder engagement to advance health equity and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in health services research or related field and seven+ years of postdoctoral research experience.
• Proven ability to lead large research projects and secure funding.
• Experience collecting and synthesizing qualitative data, especially listening sessions.
• Demonstrated record of peer‑reviewed publications and conference presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for health services research, program evaluation, and applied research initiatives.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
• Translate evidence into actionable recommendations for policy, program development, and decision-making.
• Mentor research staff and contribute to proposal development and business development.
• Lead successful proposals for new contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements.
• Collaborate with federal partners, health care organizations, and clients to ensure rigor and impact.
