Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-12 years’ experience in a broad range of manufacturing environments.
• Professional certification or equivalent (CSP, CIH) preferred.
• Expert knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads site HSE’s programs including Safety Excellence and Safety Above All Else.
• Implements programs to advance environmental, health, safety, and sustainability metrics.
• Works directly with mill management on performance management.
