Health Safety Environmental HSE Leader for the Freeport, IL Plant 4 manufacturing operations to ensure compliance to all HSE regulations/requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Implements HSE standards
• Provide technical assistance on U.S. HSE Regulations
• Site compliance reviews and defining/closing actions for gaps identified
• Strong MOS (Management Operating System) administration
• Advocates Operating System and safe behaviors
• Effective coach and role model
• Deploys safety initiatives
• Tracks, Trends, and Measures key HSE metrics
• Administrator of electronic management system
• Ensures compliance standards and continuous improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree. Preference in safety, environmental science, environmental engineering or related field
• HSE Management System experience (procedural and electronic system)
• Preferred – HSE certification (CSP, ASP, CHMM, etc.)
