Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a busy Tier 1 contractor delivering multiple framework schemes across the South Coast, Hampshire, and surrounding counties. You will manage the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality systems from pre-construction through handover, provide SHEQ guidance to site teams, and support bids at pre-construction.

The role requires a NEBOSH certificate, strong client and site team management, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience managing health & safety on major contracting projects.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, method statements and CDM plans.
• Proven ability to deliver SHEQ guidance to site teams.
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety, Health, Environment & Quality systems from pre-construction to handover.
• Provide SHEQ guidance to site teams and bid/tender teams.
• Deliver risk assessments, method statements and CDM plans.
• Drive policy and procedure development and continuous improvements.
