Providence California Regional Services seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Division CMO and drive Quadruple Aim initiatives. You will steer clinical strategy, quality, care coordination, and physician alignment, guiding complex programs with cross-functional teams across units in Irvine.

The role emphasizes leading projects, maintaining timelines, and delivering system-wide improvements, with a focus on accountability and sustainment within a compassionate, patient-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Health Administration or MBA or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of progressive responsibility, preferably in healthcare.
• Lean Six Sigma training and PMP certification preferred upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex programs/projects with timeliness and accountability.
• Partner with directors, clinical leaders, physicians and data analysts.
• Analyze requirements and facilitate system/process changes as needed.
• Oversee program sustainment and priority goals for the division.
• Support larger system initiatives outside of service lines as needed.
