Job summary

ADVI Health LLC seeks a Senior Policy Consultant to monitor and analyze federal and state health policy issues affecting clients. You will translate complex policy into actionable insights for biopharma and payer clients, guiding strategic decisions.

With 7+ years in policy environments, you will lead projects, mentor Associates, and collaborate across business units while contributing to high-quality, data-informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience in legislative, regulatory, and/or government policy environments.
• Must have deep understanding of drug pricing issues and related policy topics.
• Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) in health policy or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, curate, and present on federal and state policy issues impacting clients.
• Lead and mentor junior staff on projects and client deliverables.
• Prepare analyses, materials, and presentations for client meetings, translating results into actionable insights.
• Ensure quality and adherence to firm standards in all deliverables.
