Qualifications

• Four years of policy experience.

• Intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Leads policy development through analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Develops policies aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
• Presents recommendations and behind-the-scenes implementation impacts.
• Oversees policy implementation and coordinates cross-functional teams.
• Stays current on changes and provides accurate benefit quoting information.
• Oversees coding review and makes coverage determinations as needed.
• Champions policies requiring change and participates in committees.
