Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Principal Strategic Client Advisor to guide health plans, consultants, and account teams with data-driven insights and strategic counsel. You will lead engagements on growth, affordability, member experience, and total cost of care, translating market dynamics into actionable recommendations for executives and clients while aligning with Prime’s strategic perspective.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, Economics, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MHA/PharmD or related).
10 years of work experience in health plan, payer or PBM strategy or healthcare consulting.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to market leadership and clients with recommendations.
Lead consultative engagements, executive briefings, and planning discussions on growth, affordability, and strategy.
Develop deep expertise in health plan markets, regulatory changes, and provider dynamics.
Translate market intelligence into proactive client insights for planning conversations.
Create and deliver thought leadership connecting market developments to client priorities.
Identify opportunities and align insights with client priorities and long-term goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
