Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or sales, preferably in healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel to events.
• Ability to travel up to 75% locally for community events.
• Comfort working in outdoor venues and varying weather.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder networking skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve enrollment/referral growth targets and improve overall choice rate through marketing activities and community events.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals as set by leadership.
• Plan and participate in Molina community events; engage partners and coordinate media components.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CBOs and providers to drive membership.
• Coordinate referral processes for providers and CBOs for eligible products.
• Represent Molina in the community on healthcare topics and events; provide educational materials to members.
