ProSidian Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior Health Physicist II to provide radiological protection leadership in a high-hazard nuclear cleanup environment. The role focuses on health physics solutions, planning, analysis, coordination, and regulatory compliance for client-site engagements across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates bring Nuclear Engineering/Health Physics expertise, DOE/ANSI knowledge, and hands-on experience with radiological design decisions, shielding analyses, and mentoring, while

Formación

• Master’s degree in nuclear engineering, health physics or related field plus 3+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering/health physics or related field plus 5+ years of experience

Responsabilidades

• Apply advanced radiological engineering and health physics principles for large facilities/projects.
• Provide advanced technical, operational, and regulatory guidance on radiological protection issues.
• Perform complex dose, shielding analyses and calculations to meet standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and models to support calculations.
• Lead SME for radiation protection procedures and mentor junior staff.
