PwC is seeking a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Senior Associate specializing in Health Industries Payer Compliance. You will help clients navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen compliance processes, and interpret payer obligations.

You will analyze issues, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members while building your professional brand and technical skills. You will contribute to compliance strategy, evaluate controls, and translate regulatory expectations into practical guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payer compliance requirements and translate regulatory expectations into client deliverables.
• Review policies and controls to identify gaps and support remediation planning.
• Interpret healthcare regulatory developments for compliance strategies and operating models.
• Develop workstreams for regulatory risk, governance, and control assessments across payer environments.
• Prepare compliance summaries, issue logs, and recommendations for client leadership.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, exceptions, and potential compliance exposures.
• Support design and maintenance of compliance programs, reporting routines, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather information, validate findings, and track action plans.
• Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on deliverables.
• Build client relationships by addressing questions and communicating progress.
