Qualifications

• Experience in payer compliance within health industries.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payer compliance requirements and translate regulatory expectations into client deliverables.
• Review policies, procedures and control activities to identify gaps and support remediation planning.
• Interpret healthcare regulatory developments and apply them to compliance strategies and operating models.
• Develop workstreams for regulatory risk, governance, and control assessments across payer environments.
• Prepare compliance summaries, issue logs, and recommendations for client leadership.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, exceptions, and potential compliance exposures.
• Assist in design and maintenance of compliance programs, reporting routines, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate across client teams to gather information, validate findings, and track action plans.
